Jason is an Executive Marketing & Brand Strategist who helps companies increase engagement, build brand equity, and attract new clients. His career began in consulting before moving into commercial financial distribution and sales, then co-founding PowerShares ETFs, which was acquired by Invesco at 36 ETFs and $3.5 billion in AUM. Two decades later, the through-line is consistent: building products and programs that turn audience attention into measurable business results — now applied to the structural opportunity in fan engagement and direct audience ownership through Vistasuite.

Phil brings 20+ years in digital media, sales, and strategic partnerships. He co-founded Dean Media in 2005, serving as Chief Revenue Officer for over a decade before its acquisition by Fusion92. He held subsequent leadership roles at Cliqueshare and AdMedia, and currently serves as Head of Strategic Partnerships at Benzinga. Phil's pattern: building, growing, and selling B2B SaaS and digital media businesses from the ground up.
