Getting started

How do we evaluate Vistasuite for our team?
Start with a 20-minute call. We'll learn about your audience, your events, your sponsor relationships, and what you're trying to accomplish. From there, we'll either show you a tailored demo or recommend you don't move forward — we'd rather lose a deal at the discovery stage than waste your time on a wrong-fit pilot.
Do you offer a pilot program?
Yes. For qualified clubs, festivals, and agencies, we run paid pilots tied to a specific upcoming event or campaign. Pilots typically run one event or one campaign cycle, with success metrics agreed upfront. This is a faster, lower-risk way to evaluate Vistasuite than a long sales cycle.
How long does it take to launch?
Days, not months. Because Vistasuite is link-based — no app to ship through review, no microsite to build — most clients are live for their first activation within one to two weeks of contract signing. The bottleneck is usually your team's brand assets and approval cycles, not our setup.
What do we need to provide to get started?
Your logo and brand colors, a list of the events or campaigns you want to capture, and confirmation of who internally will manage the platform. That's it. Our team handles the technical configuration, branded environment setup, and any sponsor zones.

The platform

What exactly does Vistasuite do?
Vistasuite turns moments of peak audience engagement — game day, festival night, brand activation — into rights-cleared user-generated content, first-party contact data, and sponsor lead opportunities. Fans engage through a branded link, upload or interact, and the result is content you can use, contacts you own, and engagement data you can prove.
Do fans need to download an app?
No. This is one of our biggest differentiators. Fans engage through a branded link on their existing browser. No app store visit, no install, no friction. Industry data shows 70% or more of fans won't download a single-purpose app — Vistasuite captures that majority instead of losing them.
How is Vistasuite different from a digital asset manager (DAM)?
A DAM stores and organizes content your team already has. Vistasuite creates the moment that produces new content directly from fans, with rights cleared at upload, and pairs it with the contact data and consent. DAMs are libraries. Vistasuite is the front door that fills the library.
How is this different from running campaigns on social media?
On social platforms, the platform owns the audience relationship. You build engagement, they keep the contact data, the ad targeting, and the ongoing access. Vistasuite gives you direct ownership of fan contact information, consent, and the ability to market without paying for reach. Social platforms remain useful for distribution — Vistasuite is for ownership.
Do you integrate with our CRM or marketing platform?
We deliver clean, structured contact data that imports into the major CRMs and marketing platforms via standard export formats. For volume programs, we work with your team on direct integration through API or Zapier. Tell us what you use, and we'll confirm the path.

Fan engagement & data

Who owns the photos, videos, and contact data fans submit?
You do. The team, the festival, or the brand that runs the activation. Fans submit through a clear terms and rights agreement at upload, which transfers the usage rights to you. Vistasuite never claims ownership of the content or the contact data — we're the platform that handles the capture and delivery.
What kind of results do clients typically see?
Results vary by audience size and activation type. A mid-size pro club running a season-long program typically captures tens of thousands of new opted-in contacts. A multi-day festival can capture 50,000 to 150,000 leads across the run. Specific numbers for your situation come out of the discovery conversation, not a generic claim.
What does the fan experience actually look like?
A fan sees a QR code or hears a CTA at the event. They scan or visit the link on their phone, land in a branded environment (your team's colors, your sponsor's branding), and either upload a photo, answer a prompt, or engage with content. They agree to terms at the point of upload. They walk away with a branded share-back or content unlock. Total time: under 60 seconds.
Can we collect more than just photos? What about contact info, social handles, or survey responses?
Yes. The capture flow is configurable. Standard fields include name, email, phone, and social handles. We also support custom fields, multi-choice surveys, and conditional flows. Everything captured is structured data delivered back to you.

Sponsorship & monetization

How does Vistasuite work for sponsorship deals?
Sponsors increasingly want opted-in leads and proof of engagement, not just impressions. Vistasuite delivers both. A sponsored fan zone, gate prize, or activation produces named leads, consent, and engagement data your team can package into the sponsorship deck. Some clients use Vistasuite to justify higher renewal rates and add tiers of sponsorship that weren't possible before.
Can multiple sponsors run separate activations at the same event?
Yes. We support multi-tenant deployments where each sponsor has their own branded environment, their own capture flow, and their own data delivery — all running simultaneously at the same event. This is how F1, festivals, and large tours run multi-sponsor weekends through one platform.
Can sponsors access the data directly?
Yes, if you choose. Each sponsor activation can be configured to deliver leads directly to the sponsor's CRM, the team's CRM, or both. You control who sees what. Most clients prefer dual delivery — the sponsor gets the contacts they paid for, the team retains a copy for their database.
Do you have partner programs for agencies and resellers?
Yes. We have four partner program tiers: Affiliate (for organizations referring Vistasuite), Impact (mission-driven organizations), Platform (technology integrators), and Advisor (individual referrers). Each has its own commercial terms. Contact us for details.

Compliance & rights

Is Vistasuite cleared for use by Major League Baseball clubs?
Yes. MLB has verbally cleared Vistasuite for adoption by member clubs. We're actively in conversation with several clubs about the 2026 season. (MLB is a registered trademark of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball.)
Is Vistasuite GDPR-compliant?
Vistasuite is built with GDPR-friendly principles: explicit opt-in at the point of capture, clear rights language, data minimization by default, and a deletion process. We are not formally certified to any specific GDPR framework, and your data protection obligations depend on your jurisdiction and use case. For EU-based clients or campaigns, we work with your legal team to confirm the configuration meets your requirements.
What happens to fan terms and consent at the point of upload?
Every upload is gated by a clear, branded terms agreement that the fan must affirm before submitting. The terms cover content usage rights, contact use, and consent for the activation. The agreement is logged with the submission, timestamped, and retrievable. This is one of our most-undermarketed differentiators — most platforms don't capture rights this cleanly.
What's the minimum age requirement for fans using Vistasuite?
Vistasuite is designed for adult fan engagement. The minimum age depends on the activation and jurisdiction — typically 16 or 18 — and the terms agreement is configured to match. For activations involving younger fans, we work with your team on the appropriate guardian consent flow.

Pricing & support

How is Vistasuite priced?
Pricing is structured around the size of your audience, the number of events or campaigns, and the level of sponsor activation. We don't publish a price sheet because the right configuration varies significantly between a single-team season-long program and a multi-event festival circuit. The discovery call ends with a clear, written quote.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Most clients start with a single-event or single-campaign engagement to prove value. Annual contracts are available and typically include better terms, but we don't require them up front.
What support do clients receive?
Every active client has a direct contact on our team for setup, activation, and live event support. For high-volume events, we provide event-day standby support. Most issues are resolved within hours, not days. Our team is small and direct — you'll talk to people who know your account.
What happens if something goes wrong during a live event?
We provide live event support for scheduled high-impact activations. Our infrastructure runs on enterprise cloud with redundancy, and we monitor uptime during major events. For the rare incident, the platform fails gracefully — fans see a clear message, data already submitted is preserved, and the activation can resume once we resolve. We disclose any incidents transparently.

About Vistasuite

Who founded Vistasuite?
Jason Schoepke and Phil Bellini. Jason is one of four co-founders of PowerShares ETFs, acquired by Invesco when the firm had grown to 36 ETFs and $3.5 billion in AUM. Phil brings 20+ years in digital media, sales, and strategic partnerships, with current leadership at Benzinga and a prior decade as Chief Revenue Officer at Dean Media. Full backgrounds on the About page.
Where is Vistasuite based?
We're based in DuPage County, Illinois — west of Chicago. The team is small and direct. You'll talk to founders and operators, not a sales hierarchy.
Can we see a list of your current clients?
We keep our client list private by default — many of our clients prefer that for competitive reasons, and we respect it. During the discovery call, we can share specific case examples relevant to your situation and, with permission, introduce you to existing clients for reference.

Brands & retail

How is Vistasuite different from a CDP, CRM, or e-commerce platform?
It isn't a replacement for any of them. Vistasuite is the engagement layer that captures the moments your CDP, CRM, and e-commerce can't reach — product launches, retail moments, sponsored partnerships — and feeds clean, owned, consented audience data and rights-cleared content into the tools you already run. Most clients run Vistasuite alongside Klaviyo, Shopify, Salesforce, Yotpo, or comparable platforms.
We already have a loyalty program. How does Vistasuite fit?
Loyalty programs convert known customers. Vistasuite converts followers into known customers. The flow is: teaser content on social drives capture, capture becomes a profile, the profile feeds into your existing loyalty program with full consent and behavioral context. We're the layer that turns the social audience you already paid to build into the audience your loyalty program can actually engage.
Can we use Vistasuite content in our paid social, retail signage, and PDPs?
Yes. That's one of the most-undermarketed parts of the platform. Every photo, video, and testimonial submitted through Vistasuite is gated by a clear, branded rights agreement that fans must affirm at upload. The agreement is logged, timestamped, and retrievable. That makes the content brand-safe for paid media, product detail pages, retail signage, and advertising — without the legal back-and-forth that kills most UGC programs.
